Alice DoĞruyol
A PR powerhouse, wellness journalist, and founder of The Healthspan Agency, Alice Dogruyol is one of the UK’s most trusted voices in metabolic health, longevity, and biohacking.
As a type 1 diabetic who has personally navigated the highs and lows of weight loss medications, including GLP-1s, Alice brings rare insight—and deep empathy—to the complex world of weight, hormones, and healing.

Linia is an award-winning Dietitian, Performance Nutritionist and public health researcher with extensive experience in several nutrition settings on an international level. She is the author of the bestselling book Food for Menopause. Her passion is translating nutritional science into easy-to-digest and practical advice. Whether its supporting women through the menopause, helping high performers fuel for success or shaping public health policy her mission is the same: to help people live healthier, stronger and more empowered lives. Outside of work Linia is a big foodie and loves to socialise over good (and nutritious!) food.

Passionate about supporting women to find peace with their history, their habits, and their bodies, Sarah offers a space for healing that goes beyond quick fixes. Juls is Co-Founder of The Body Retreat, which she has run for over 15 years as the UK’s original women-only wellness retreat. A clinical hypnotherapist, women’s health coach, and professional chef, Juls takes a practical, holistic approach to midlife wellbeing. She blends CBT, hypnotherapy, and nutrition to help women reset mindset, improve sleep, reduce body fat, and build sustainable healthy habits. She also leads food and kitchen workshops focused on eating well through hormonal change, and is the author of two books on conscious cooking.
